What helps us investigate?
- The tool name or page address, and the steps you took.
- Your browser and operating system, plus the exact error message.
- The file format, dimensions and approximate file size. For RAW files, include the camera model if known.
- A screenshot with personal information removed, if useful.
Please start with a description rather than sending your original artwork. Do not email passwords, private documents or sensitive images. A small, non-sensitive sample that reproduces the issue is usually more useful.
A note about saved projects
Projects saved in the editor stay in the browser and device where you saved them. The developer cannot access or restore those local records from a server. Export files you need to keep, and read the browser storage explanation before clearing site data.
